Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdoraTrip website, apps, and services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to book on AdoraTrip. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

AdoraTrip is a travel platform that operates both as a booking agent and as a marketplace connecting travelers with independent vendors (hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and others). Except where we act as the merchant of record, the vendor is responsible for delivering the booked service.

When you book, you agree to pay the total price shown, including taxes and applicable fees. Prices are displayed in USD or KHR and may change until a booking is confirmed.

• Payments are processed securely through ABA PayWay.
• A confirmed booking forms a contract between you and the vendor, subject to the vendor’s terms.
• You are responsible for reviewing listing details, availability, and conditions before booking.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s policy shown at checkout. See our Cancellation Policy for how cancellations, refunds, and timelines work.

Vendors and partners who list on AdoraTrip agree to additional terms, including accurate listings, honoring confirmed bookings, fair pricing, and our commission and payout schedule. Vendors are solely responsible for the services they provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security, or scrape data without permission.
• Circumvent fees or attempt to transact off-platform to avoid protections.

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews. Content must be honest, lawful, and based on genuine experience. By posting, you grant AdoraTrip a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by AdoraTrip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings, prices, or availability are error-free, or that vendor services will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdoraTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from vendor services.

You agree to indemnify and hold AdoraTrip harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
